Kingswood School

Kingswood School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school set in over 120 acres of beautiful parkland, yet only a ten minute walk to the centre of Bath. Kingswood offers an ideal mix: with a safe and secure, rural environment, one of the UK’s most beautiful cities on our doorstep and easy access to transport links for international and expatriate families.

Celebrating the transformative power of a Kingswood Education, we have a forward-thinking approach to education and a long tradition of providing outstanding care for children of serving members of HM Forces and the FCDO. In our 275th Anniversary year and awarded a double “Excellent” in our Inspection Report in 2022, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum and outstanding pastoral care, so that every pupil can find, and ignite their potential. Academic excellence is one important part of this commitment, with learning taking place as much outside of the classroom as within it; plus societies, clubs, volunteering and leadership opportunities available for all.

 

Boarding is at the heart of the School, and includes bespoke and extensive facilities. Our days, both during the week and at weekends, are busy with over 100 co-curricular activities. Weekends are filled with a variety of sports, trips and the opportunity to create lifelong friendships.
