Millfield Prep School is a co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2-13 in the UK. Set in 200 acres of Somerset countryside, the school offers a diverse range of academic subjects, sports, creative arts and activities, supported by outstanding facilities including: an equestrian centre, 25 metre swimming pool, golf courses, science centre, music halls, tennis bubble and numerous sports pitches.

Millfield provides pupils with an outstanding range of opportunities and a superb foundation on which to build their future. We offer a wide range of academic courses and educational support for pupils of all levels, plus unrivalled openings to pursue music, sport, art and drama. Our facilities include equestrian centres, an art gallery, music schools, an Olympic size pool, golf courses, athletics track and tennis courts.
Millfield Prep offers full, weekly and flexi boarding from ages 7+, with full boarders enjoying evenings and weekends filled with trips and activities. Millfield Prep are extremely proud of it’s international character. The pupil body is a diverse mix of British and international pupils, of which 50 pupils live overseas, from 27 different countries.
Pupils share all aspects of school life, offering a well-rounded education whilst learning about numerous different cultures. 95% of Year 8 pupils move on to Millfield where the school ethos and values continue. Millfield is home to 995 boarders with a total 1330 students from 74 different countries.
