St Edmunds School Canterbury

Combined Co-Education school

St Edmund’s is a distinctive and historic boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 3 – 18. We are proud of our reputation as a friendly school where we know our
pupils well.  We offer rich academic and cultural experiences, which encourage children to achieve their potential, wherever their talents and interests lie.
Academic standards are set high and excellent teaching staff ensure that pupils leave us well-educated, well-balanced and confident young people who go on to the top universities.  Boarding at St Edmund’s offers a family experience which values the individual, whilst offering a stimulating environment for pupils from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. We have a dedicated EAL department to help those pupils whose first language is not English. Inspiring opportunities in music, drama and art are available to all pupils and we are proud of strong sporting traditions in football, hockey, cricket and tennis.

The school is located on a beautiful site overlooking the vibrant, historic city of Canterbury in the South East of England. With fast links to London’s airports, it is ideally situated for international students.
