"We offer continuity of high quality education in a stable, caring and secure close-knit community.”

The Duke of York’s Royal Military School is a state boarding school for students aged 11 to 18 looking to study GCSEs and A Levels and BTECs. We provide both full and weekly boarding, and pride ourselves on offering continuity of education, stability and support to our students, many of whom have serving parents.

Located in Dover, the school is close to the ferry port and Eurotunnel, and only an hour’s train journey from London. The School offers a quality education at a very good price - currently £12,996 for the year (fees are reviewed annually) and only £1,299.60 per year if you qualify for CEA.

We put particular emphasis on traditional values such as selfdiscipline, self-reliance, spirituality, leadership and respect for others as we believe it helps our students develop characterand skills for life. We often attract amazing opportunities for our students such as the military band being invited to perform at Lords, Twickenham and at The Sun’s Military Awards.

Our pupils enjoy many sports and activities, Combined Cadet Force from Year 9 to 13, and have the opportunity to develop their leadership and team working skills by taking part in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and ceremonial parades.
